What you probably want to know.

Are there tiered features?
No. Every report runs the full six checks with human review. What changes across plans is pricing, turnaround, and the commercial wrapper around it (MSA, ATS integration, dedicated contact).
How fast do reports come back?
Clear results (roughly 60–70% of reports in our sample set) are released automatically, usually within 6 hours of candidate consent. Caution and Do-Not-Proceed reports wait for analyst review and typically release within 24 hours.
What happens if the candidate withdraws consent mid-flow?
We stop, delete collected data, and do not bill for the report. Candidate consent is revocable at any point before release.
Do you screen outside the UK and EU?
Adverse media and sanctions screening is jurisdiction-agnostic. Corporate registry coverage is currently UK (Companies House) and Denmark (CVR) as primary-source feeds; we'll quote additional jurisdictions on request.
How is this compatible with UK / EU GDPR?
Processing is conducted under Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest — balanced against the candidate's rights and freedoms. A Legitimate Interests Assessment and DPIA are provided with enterprise engagements.
Can candidates see their own report?
Yes. Candidates may submit a Subject Access Request to receive a copy of the findings and dispute any inaccuracies. This is a legal right; Previo's process is designed to make it routine.
