Previo Group (“Previo”) provides pre-employment screening reports generated from publicly available information. The Previo Score is intended to support, not replace, the employer’s own hiring judgement.
When you submit a candidate for screening, you confirm that you have a lawful basis to process their data for this purpose — typically legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), supported by candidate notice — and that you will act on findings in accordance with applicable employment and equality law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Findings are drawn from sanctions registries, corporate registries, adverse media, data-breach corpora, and official gazettes at the time of screening. Previo does not warrant that findings are complete or that the absence of a finding means the absence of risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Previo’s liability for any individual screening report is limited to the fee paid for that report. Previo is not liable for employment decisions made by the employer on the basis of a report.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the employer’s home jurisdiction.
