When an employer submits a candidate for screening, we process the candidate’s name, role, nationality, country of employment, and, where provided, supporting identifiers. We supplement this with publicly available information drawn from sanctions registries, corporate registries, adverse media, data-breach corpora, and official gazettes.
Processing is carried out under UK GDPR / EU GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest — balanced against the rights and freedoms of the data subject. A Legitimate Interests Assessment is available on request.

Screening reports are retained for the period required by the employer’s regulatory obligations, typically not exceeding six years, after which they are deleted.
