Previo (a product of NewNor Consulting ApS, CVR 43419536) produces intelligence assessments from publicly available information. An assessment may concern an individual, a company, or a supply chain. Assessments are intended to inform the client’s own decision, not to make it, and Previo makes no recommendation for or against any subject.
When you commission an assessment you confirm that you have a lawful basis to have the subject’s data processed for the purpose stated, and that you will act on the findings in accordance with the law applicable to the decision you are taking. Where an assessment relates to recruitment or appointment, that includes applicable employment and equality law; where it relates to procurement, counterparty selection or supply-chain compliance, it includes the relevant procurement, sanctions and export-control obligations. Determining which regime applies to your decision is your responsibility, not ours.
You further confirm that you will not use an assessment as the sole basis for a decision producing legal or similarly significant effects on an individual without your own human evaluation of it.
Findings are drawn from sanctions and control lists, corporate and beneficial-ownership registries, official gazettes, adverse media, data-breach corpora and other open sources, as they stood at the time of the assessment. Coverage is not uniform across jurisdictions and is materially weaker in some; every report states which sources were reached and which were not.
Previo does not warrant that findings are complete. The absence of a finding from a source of partial coverage is not a clean record, and no report should be read as asserting that nothing exists. Where an assessment could not establish something, it says so; that statement is part of the deliverable, not a disclaimer against it.
Every report is reviewed and released by a person before it reaches a client. No assessment is delivered on a purely automated basis.
A subject named in an assessment may contest a finding in writing to compliance@previo-group.com. Contested findings are re-examined and, where the objection is upheld, corrected; where a report has already been delivered, the client is notified of the correction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Previo’s liability in respect of an assessment is limited to the fee paid for that assessment. Previo is not liable for decisions taken by the client on the basis of a report, including hiring, appointment, procurement and contracting decisions.
These terms are governed by Danish law, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of the client’s home jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to the courts of Copenhagen.
