Previo is a product of NewNor Consulting ApS, Copenhagen. We establish what the public record holds about the people, companies and supply chains behind consequential decisions, and we build every assessment so it can be checked.
The established model in this market is a proprietary database: pay us, trust the box, take the answer. It works commercially and it fails exactly when it matters, because when a finding is challenged there is nothing to open.
We built the opposite. Every Previo finding links to the primary record it came from, dated by the underlying event, so the assessment can be handed to a regulator, a board or an acquirer's counsel and survive the reading. No incumbent selling access to a black box can say that.
The same engine runs against a person, a company or a supply chain. What changes is which registers apply. The standard of proof does not.
How we work
We take engagements where the record can actually answer the question. If it cannot, we say so early rather than billing for a search that was never going to land.
A person reads and releases every report. Named accountability is the one credibility currency that gets weaker with scale rather than stronger.
We establish what the record shows. The decision stays with you, which is what keeps an assessment usable as evidence rather than as someone else's opinion.
Our terms are governed by Danish law and the courts of Copenhagen. Personal data is handled under GDPR with Datatilsynet as supervisory authority.
